KKR batting all-rounder Ramandeep Singh was fined by the police has been fined 20% of his match fee for violating the IPL code of conduct.
The incident happened during KKR’s win over Mumbai Indians on Saturday (May 11) which sealed their place in the IPL playoffs.

Ramandeep committed a Level 1 offense under Section 2.20 which is “contrary to the spirit of the game and intended to cover all conduct not specifically and adequately covered by offenses elsewhere in this Code of Conduct.”
Furthermore, the article states that “in assessing the seriousness of the offense, consideration shall be given to the context of the particular circumstances and whether it was intentional, reckless, negligent, avoidable and/or accidental.
