The win was made all the more impressive by the fact that India managed to defeat strong opponents like China, Hong Kong and Japan en route to the title.

Sindhu, a five- time World Championship semifinalist and winner of multiple Super Series titles, has been  floundering to  recapture her form after suffering an injury at the Paris Open last October. He made his comeback after a gap of four months at the Asian Team Championship, where he showed great courage,  internal durability and skill. Off the court, he’d to find the right  platoon combination. After training with former All England champion Muhammad HafeezHashim at Suchitra Academy, he moved to Prakash Padukone Academy in Bengaluru in January this time. “ I  think I am in the right place at the right time. It makes a lot of difference. Prakash sir, being a legend, is  apprehensive of my conditions,  requirements and challenges to help me make it back to the big leagues.”   She learned With Prakash sir to be more patient and positive and to work hard. It was not that she have not done these  effects  ahead. But the intensity is  commodity different with him now he says.   The Badminton Asia Team Championship  handed a great  occasion for players to gain  precious ranking points in the Race to Paris 2024. also, the  event also served as a qualifying event for the BWF Thomas and Uber Cup Tests 2024, with foursemi-finalist  brigades( men’s and women’s) securing a place in the tests. Sindhu acknowledges the  significance of winning when she has had to endure challenges along the way.
