Wilshere on Arteta
Mikel Arteta has always been a leader. Such is the view of former Gunner Jack Wilshere.
On William Hill’s Up Front with Simon Jordan, a podcast hosted by the former Crystal Palace owner, who talks to sports stars and celebrities and challenges their views while scrutinizing their careers, Wilshere said: “When Mikel Arteta came to Arsenal, You can tell directly. Gyokeres speaks
Sporting CP are trying to sign a new deal with Victo Giocares in the summer transfer window to fend off interest from the likes of Arsenal and Chelsea.
Gyokeres has already been involved in an amazing 50 goals this season and has attracted interest from Europe’s top clubs.
Ben White cracks England
Details have emerged regarding Ben White’s spat with England.
The defender left the Qatar World Cup camp in early 2022 and hasn’t featured in the setup since. Manager Gareth Southgate confirmed White asked not to be included when selecting his squad for this week’s international friendlies.
And it emerged, as the Mirror reported, that White was not impressed with Southgate’s assistant Steve Holland questioning White about Arsenal#s performance in a public setting with the squad.

Arsenal are close to winning the title with a chance to win both the Premier League and the Champions League.
There is a danger, however, that Arsenal’s desire to sell players could come back to bite them, especially if the player goes on to perform at their new club.
Bayern Munich suffer twin injuries
Bayern Munich could be without several key players in their Champions League quarter-final first leg against Arsenal. Former Tottenham star Harry Kane limped off in the closing stages of Bayern’s 5-2 Bundesliga win over Darmstadt last weekend after colliding with the posts.
Despite injury concerns, Kane still joined the England squad earlier this week but a new update on Wednesday suggests he is still struggling. It was confirmed on social media that Kane, Bukayo Saka, Cole Palmer and Jordan Henderson took part in an individual training program away from the squad.
In addition to concerns over Kane’s fitness, veteran goalkeeper Manuel Neuer is also injured on international duty with Germany.
With both Kane and Neuer now in doubt, the Bavarians could also be without another player after Sacha Boe released a statement. The diagnosis has been confirmed by the FC Bayern medical unit.”
‘Albert Sambi Lokonga could go next season’
Lokonga has impressed on loan at Luton Town this season and admits he wants to try out for Mikel Arteta’s side next campaign.
“Coming from Belgium it was not easy for him to claim a place with a lot of competition. A season with Luton where he plays 90 per cent of the games could help him come back and do better.”
Jakub praised Kivio
Former Arsenal defender Mikel Silvestre believes Jakub Kivi is more than a challenger for Oleksandr Zinchenko.
Speaking to bettingexpert.com, Silvestre said: “His (Jakub Kivio’s) profile is more defensive than Zinchenko’s. I think it’s a matter of preference. Obviously performance guides a manager but Arsenal are strict with him.”
“They have a strong back four with Kivior, Gabriel, Saliba and White. Kivior is taller so he is more of a challenger for the left-back position.”

Because Ghana youngster Mika Biereth, who has impressed on loan at Storm Graz this season, admits the Bayern Munich star is his best friend.
Speaking to Tipsbladet, Biereth said: “Jamal Musiala is my best friend. I played with him at Chelsea. He’s really like a brother to me, and we communicate every day. Actually, I Spoke to him 10 minutes before this interview. I congratulated him on playing at number 10 for Germany at the Euros.
“Our relationship is not so much about football. Of course, we talk about football and support each other, but most of the time we talk about all kinds of other things.
“Like I said, we rarely talk about football, and I actually think it helps keep us sharp. Often, you get sucked into all this football stuff, and it’s nice to have someone you can talk to about something else. Can. Can say.”
Rodri sends a clear warning to Arsenal
Rodri has warned rivals Manchester City that they can do better as they seek a second treble in a row.
“It’s always because of the manager, because of the standards of the club, because of ourselves and because of the way we’ve learned in these years. That’s what we want to do.
“We have asked the boys to rest as soon as possible. I know it is difficult but we have friendly games (for our national team). Playing for our national team is important but also thinking about the end of the season. I think the best is yet to come.”

Gabriel Magalhas has been left out of Brazil’s squad for the upcoming friendly.
The Arsenal defender was called up for matches against England and Spain, but has now been left out of the squad, Football. London understands this as a warning.
